This workshop introduces the power of guided imagery and hypnosis to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and access a deeper sense of inner safety and resilience. Participants will learns how to regulate anxiety, improve sleep, and reconnect with a more grounded, centered state of being. Led by Transpersonal Therapist Elizabeth Garzarelli.
