I just completed a 30 day intensive business course. Thirty minutes a day, every day, plus homework. It was focused, challenging, and practical. Weekly group coaching sessions became the highlight of my week. Business owners learning from each other, guided by a coach who kept us moving forward. The program focuses on six core areas of business mastery: marketing, sales, finance, operations, product or service delivery, and team performance. With coaching support, you identify where your business is strong, where it is stuck, and where your effort matters most right now. The roadmap evolves as your business grows. When the class ended, I asked if this could be offered to our members. If I can gather 12 to 15 brave souls by March 15, Action Coach will bring it here. I’m ready to do it again. The weekly call is a zoom meeting with the group. The time will be determined before we get the group started.

This is a self guided daily program designed to fit into your schedule, but not into your spare time. Each day includes a 30 minute video you can watch on your own, with a growing list of tools and concepts to review and apply. While you will not implement every element, the program quickly helps you identify which systems and strategies are most needed for your business right now. We will also have a weekly check in call for 1 - 1 1/2 hours per call. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But it has changed the way I look at my work, and I can't wait to do it again.
