Janet Blake has served as a trusted real estate advisor in Western North Carolina for over ten years.  Her 25+ years of paralegal background in real estate development, corporate, estate and trust administration has formed a professionalism and work ethic in her that inspires trust. Janet is experienced with new home construction as well as home renovations and historic preservation.

A love of the WNC mountains brought Janet to Asheville in 2006 from south Florida.  She has raised 3 children and has a passion for serving others in our community.  Janet’s interests outside of real estate include photography, hiking and exploring the beautiful mountains with her two golden-doodles, Lila and Logan.
