Free-writing, or continuous stream-of-consciousness writing, is a meditative practice that helps us bypass secondary thoughts, such as self doubt or critiquing, and experience our authentic creative self with curiosity and compassion. Join us to explore creative expression removed from concepts of talent, productivity, and the rational mind. Especially good for those experiencing “writer’s block."
