We’re teaming up with the incredible Street Creature Puppet Collective to try something playful, creative, and very Asheville.
Throughout January, Street Creature Puppet Collective is hosting a community raffle featuring an amazing prize that combines two things we love deeply: puppets and ice cream. The raffle culminates in a joyful in-person celebration at The Hop inside S&W Food Hall.

Every raffle ticket supports Street Creature Puppet Collective’s year-round community work - including parades, puppet pop-ups, and workshops for all ages.
The Grand Prize (a $1,000 value!) includes:
A Street Creature Puppet Collective Appearance
An hour-long puppet appearance at your event, featuring at least five puppeteers. Daytime or evening, within a 45-minute drive of downtown Asheville.
Create Your Own Ice Cream Flavor with The Hop
You’ll brainstorm alongside Greg and Ashley Garrison at The Hop Creamery, taste a curated selection of flavors, and collaborate with The Hop’s production team to bring your dream ice cream to life. About two weeks later, you’ll take home a half gallon of your custom-made flavor to share, which will also be released at the location of your choice.

The winning raffle ticket will be drawn during the Hop & Bop Puppet Party, a family-friendly celebration filled with movement, creativity, and fun.
