All levels Tai Chi and Chi Kung with Mark Small. Practicing Chi cultivation to softly stretch soft tissues, enhance skeletal alignment and balance, and enrich meditative breathing to boost concentration. 

No experience required. People of all ages welcome. Please wear flat-soled shoes and loose clothing.
