🎃 Dairy and Vegan Local Pumpkin Ice Cream Returns! 🎃 📅 Friday, September 1 📍 All locations of The Hop Ice Cream Our seasonal Pumpkin Ice Cream features Lee's One Fortune Farm Kabocha squash, a Japanese variety of pumpkin known for their rich, naturally sweet flavor and creamy texture. We roast the pumpkins at The Creamery, puree them with a blend of choice seasonal Spicewalla spices, and mix them directly into our dairy or vegan pea-protein base. Pumpkin Ice Cream will remain on the menu through most of October. As always, we’re grateful to Tou, Chue, and everyone at Lee’s One Fortune Farm for their efforts!
