This guided meditation, led by Yoga Instructor Leslie Temme,promotes deep relaxation, self-inquiry, and inner peace. Developed by psychologist Richard Miller, it helps quiets the mind, reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and PTSD.
Participants will either sit or lie down on a yoga mat and be guided through the process. This involves no movement and no experience needed.
Doors open at 12:15 p.m. Mats and blankets are available for use.
