This experiential workshop introduces the powerful use of guided imagery and hypnosis as gentle, evidence-informed tools for reducing stress and anxiety. Through a combination of guided relaxation, focused imagery, and light hypnotic techniques, participants will learn how to calm the nervous system, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and access a deeper sense of inner safety and resilience.
You will leave with practical tools you can use at home to regulate anxiety, improve sleep, and reconnect with a more grounded, centered state of being. No prior experience with meditation or hypnosis is needed—just a willingness to relax and explore.
Elizabeth Garzarelli is a transpersonal therapist and founder of Quietude, specializing in EMDR-informed approaches, hypnosis, and deep imagery work for healing and transformation. With over 20 years of experience in counseling and human development, she integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight to help individuals move through anxiety and trauma.
