We’ll begin with gentle stretching to awaken the body and calm the mind, followed by a flowing sequence of soothing yoga postures to enhance balance, mobility, and strength. The practice concludes with a guided yoga nidra relaxation designed to quiet the nervous system and leave you feeling restored, centered, and at peace.
Martha has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, locally at Asheville Community Yoga and Weaverville Yoga, as well as Yoga in Austin, Texas. She is certified in multiple yoga styles and loves to share her practice with others.
