Aha Co-LAB: A Collaborative Conversation for Life Affirming Businesses

Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

This meeting was initially established following hurricane Helene as a place for healing artists and frontline workers, who worked tirelessly to restore our community, to find peace and support. We now expand the intention of this space to serve as a contemplative think-tank for co-creative conversation, exploring the diversity and depth of healing arts practitioners. Get connected to practitioners, teachers, artists, and wellness entrepreneurs. Share and exchange ideas, explore the wide range of healing arts modalities, and support each other in delivering your services to the community.

Doors open at 10, program runs 10:15-11:45.

Richard Garzarelli is the primary visionary behind Quietude and the guiding force that shaped its soul, scope, and purpose. A psychotherapist by training, Richard has more than 40 years of clinical and organizational/program development experience. He holds a M.A. in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and a M.A. in Program Development and Evaluation from Hahnemann University. His professional journey reflects his lifelong integration of psychology, business and spirituality. To that end, he incorporated The Center for Meaningful Work (CMW) www.workwithmeaning.com over 20 yeas ago. CMW is a coaching and consulting service that serves individuals seeking to align values, skills and life purpose.

Richard produced the Healing Hearts Festival in collaboration with White Horse Black Mountain www.healingheartslab.org on the 1-year anniversary of Helene, a celebration that wove together music, healing arts and mindfulness. His work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only individual, but communal—and that spaces of beauty, intention, and presence can quietly transform lives.
