The Black Mountain Blues Society- the offical home of Blues in Western NC. We are dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and expanding the rich tradition of blues music in Western North Carolina. By fostering a vibrant community of musicians and listeners, the Society ensures the blues remains a foundational part of our region’s cultural identity.
Blue's Society Weekly Events
Every Tuesday night, our community gathers for local Blues events and open jams along with regional and national performances.
The Flagship Event: Each autumn, the Society hosts our signature multi-day music experience, bringing world-class blues legends, regional masters, and passionate fans together in the heart of the Blue Ridge.
