Join certified sound practitioner Joy Bush as she weaves a beautiful soundscape designed to balance the body and ease stress. This sound bath will feature Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls made from NC pure quartz crystal mixed with other precious gems and minerals. Other instruments such as Tibetan bowls. Flute\, drum and rattle will also be part of the experience. Attendees will take a comfortable position and experience a full body immersion into the restorative and balancing frequencies. Use this as an opportunity to rest in the rich vibrations of sound.\nThis event is donation-based with a suggested donation of $25 which can be paid via cash or Venmo. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Space is limited\; to reserve your spot\, hit the RSVP button.\nYoga mats and meditation cushions will be provided. If you have your own favorite yoga mat\, snuggly blanket or pillow\, feel free to bring it.\nJoy Bush has been offering sound journeys and shamanic practices for over 10 years after moving away from actively teaching yoga. She founded Safe and Sound Healing 6 years and has facilitated group\, individual/private and small intimate group sessions.
